A Practice Built Around Your Peace of Mind
Devi Legal was established to provide thoughtful, honest pension advisory services to those who need clear guidance at important moments in their lives.
Back to HomeHow Devi Legal Came to Be
Devi Legal was founded in Ubon Ratchathani with a single, clear purpose: to give individuals facing pension difficulties access to properly qualified, unhurried advice. The practice grew from a recognition that pension matters are often misunderstood, delayed, or inadequately addressed — and that the consequences for those affected can be significant.
Our founders spent years in broader legal practice before choosing to focus exclusively on pension-related matters under Thai law. That decision was deliberate. Specialisation means we are not dividing our attention across a dozen different legal areas; it means that pension protection is where our knowledge runs deep.
We work from a modest but well-equipped office on Chayangkun Road, accessible to clients from across the province and, for those who prefer remote consultation, by phone and email. The practice remains small by design — we have no interest in growing beyond the point where we can give each matter the attention it deserves.
Our Purpose and Values
We hold to three values that shape how we work with every client. First, honesty: we tell you clearly what is realistic and what is not, and we do not promise outcomes we cannot control. Second, clarity: all communications, written summaries, and advice are given in language that is straightforward and free of unnecessary legal complexity. Third, care: pension matters often arise at sensitive moments in life, and we approach each case with the patience and respect that deserves.
"We measure our work not by the number of cases we handle, but by the clarity and calm we can bring to each one."

Pension Advisory in Thailand — What Thoughtful Practice Looks Like
Pension matters in Thailand sit at the intersection of personal finance, employment law, and social security regulation. For most people, approaching these areas without specialist knowledge is difficult. Documents are technical, timelines are specific, and the consequences of an error — or of waiting too long — can be material.
At Devi Legal, we have chosen to work in this area because it is one where clear, dependable guidance makes a tangible difference. Our practice covers the full range of pension-related advisory work: from a straightforward first review of a client's position, through to formal representation in complex, long-running disputes with pension funds and government bodies.
We serve clients who are approaching retirement, those already in receipt of pension payments, and those whose pension arrangements have been subject to reduction, delay, or dispute. Our advisors are familiar with the administrative processes of the relevant Thai bodies and maintain current knowledge of regulatory developments in the sector.
A practice of this kind is built on trust. We take that seriously. Every client relationship is approached with the same care, the same patience, and the same commitment to plain, honest communication — whether the matter is resolved in a single consultation or managed over many months.
