1. Definitions

• "We / Us / Our" means Devi Legal, a legal advisory practice based at 66 Chayangkun Road, Mueang, Ubon Ratchathani 34000, Thailand.
• "You / User" means any person who accesses this website or engages our services.
• "Services" means pension advisory, review, and dispute support services as described on this website.
• "Agreement" means the engagement letter or written confirmation of scope provided at the outset of a service engagement.
• "Content" means all text, documents, and materials on this website.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or instructing Devi Legal to act on your behalf, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website or engage our services.

3. Service Description

Devi Legal provides pension advisory services including initial pension reviews, dispute preparation and negotiation, and full advisory engagements. Services are described in detail on this website and confirmed in writing at the start of each engagement.

Our services are available to clients located in Thailand. For clients located outside Thailand, we will consider engagements on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable legal and professional requirements.

4. User Responsibilities

When engaging our services or using this website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information relevant to your matter.
• Respond to reasonable requests for further information in a timely manner.
• Use this website for lawful purposes only.
• Not attempt to access any part of the website's systems without authorisation.
• Not reproduce or distribute website content without our prior written permission.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, layout, and design, is the property of Devi Legal or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and view website content for personal use only. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

Service fees are stated in Thai Baht (฿) and confirmed in writing before any work begins. Payment is due as set out in the engagement letter. We accept bank transfer and cash at our office. Where an engagement is cancelled by the client after work has commenced, fees for work completed to the point of cancellation will apply. No refunds are issued for services fully delivered.

7. Service Delivery Terms

• The scope of each service is confirmed in writing at the outset of the engagement.
• Any material change to scope will be discussed and agreed in writing before additional work is undertaken.
• We will respond to client enquiries within one working day.
• Timelines for dispute matters are estimates based on the complexity of the matter and the responsiveness of third parties; we cannot commit to fixed deadlines for matters involving government bodies.
• All client communications are treated as confidential.

8. Disclaimers

The information on this website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Engaging our services creates an advisory relationship governed by the specific engagement letter.

We cannot control the decisions of pension authorities, government bodies, or other third parties. Advice given is based on our professional assessment; we make no representation that any particular outcome will be achieved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you in connection with any matter shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of our services or this website.

We are not liable for any failure to perform obligations where that failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to government actions, system failures, or natural events.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Devi Legal, its advisors and staff from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our services, or any information you provided that was inaccurate or misleading.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice. Where an engagement is terminated by Devi Legal, we will provide reasonable notice and deliver a written summary of progress to date. Provisions relating to confidentiality, payment, and intellectual property survive termination.

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to attempt informal resolution first by contacting [email protected]. If informal resolution is not achieved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ubon Ratchathani Province, Thailand.

13. General Provisions

• Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any engagement letter, constitute the entire agreement between you and Devi Legal.
• Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
